Strategy planning for the climate coalition

Today, we began the strategic planning process for the Climate Coalition of Somerville. We don’t want to over-think things, but it’d be good to articulate a shared mission and vision for the coalition to help guide in the future. It’ll take a few meetings to get there, unfortunately, and our monthly meeting didn’t get as far as we’d hoped.

Today, I took the afternoon off from work and watched the Joe Biden’s inauguration as the 46th president of the United States. It was the capstone that completed my journey to commit one civic act per day for four years. It’s something that I’ll never forget, just like Amanda Gorman at the ceremony today.
